Therese Norman, Director of Know Body Knots has over a decade of experience in massage training and teaching behind her. Therese along with her team, have successfully supported thousands of people over the years.

Therese has developed a custom-designed therapeutic massage that incorporates aspects of mindfulness, meditation and massage for tangible results every time.

  • Brisbane and Sydney: Available in both Sydney and Brisbane during the working week.
  • Workplace massage takes place on a massage table in an on-site room that can be transformed into a massage clinic by our team. Small amounts of organic oils and creams are used in the massage and have no impact on hair and makeup at all. After nine years of using this technique in a corporate setting, we are confident about it. A no oil massage can also be arranged.
